How to review and download a long term timelapse

To review or download your timelapse footage please log in to the video portal↗️ with the user that has access to the cameras with timelapse, select the camera that has the footage, and click the timelapse button from the camera control bar:

From the popup that will appear you can download or review the timelapse.

You may create a new user, assigning them the role that includes the associated camera(s) from the time-lapses, and ensure the necessary permissions are granted. For more information on managing users and roles, refer to the following article↗️.

 

If you need to conserve bandwidth, consider disabling the camera through the admin portal (consult the following article↗️ for information on how to disable a camera). This action won't disrupt the ongoing recording or subsequent timelapse viewing. To access and download the timelapse, navigate to the Cameras menu in the video portal, filter by Offline, open the offline stream, and click the timelapse button.
