The Events Menu and the Library Menu now offer users the ability to resize their width, providing more screen space for information and reducing the need for scrolling. In addition, the Events Menu includes a hidden icon that reveals options for displaying events as a list or grid, and the Library Menu features a settings icon that enables users to sort clips and choose the number of columns they prefer. These customizable options enhance the user experience and improve workflow efficiency, making the portal more user-friendly.
Steps to view events as a list or grid
The Events Menu width needs to be resized. To do so, go to either side end of the Events Menu and then drag and drop the mouse as shown in the screenshot below.
With enough width, the Menu will reveal a hidden icon next to the filter box that allows users to show the events as a list or grid. Clicking on it will change the layout of the events shown in the menu
Steps to sort clips and change columns
Similarly, the Library Menu has a settings icon next to the search box, which allows users to sort the library clips and show the number of columns according to their preferences.
Clicking on the settings icon opens a new box that allows the user to sort their clips according to newest first or oldest first or alphabetically ascending or descending as shown below.
To change the number of columns to show the clips change the number from Auto to 1, 2, or 3 according to your preference.
